Return Process

Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
