This warranty extension increases your warranty from 5 years to 10 years. Please note that this is for the Active warranty extension, and it can only be ordered retrospectively. To be able to place the order, the purchase receipt or the commissioning report of the end customer must be submitted.
How to proceed with ordering the extended warranty:

- Place Your Order: Submit your warranty extension order through our standard ordering process.
- Provide Additional Information: Installation date, address and inverter serial number
- Process Time: Once your order is placed, our team will initiate the process of ordering the extended warranty from the manufacturer. Kindly note that it may take approximately 6 to 8 weeks for the warranty certificate to be generated and received. From the date of ordering or the date of installation if a later date.
- Stay Updated: We will notify you as soon as the warranty certificate is ready for download. An email notification will be sent to your registered email address.
